Our story
The genesis of Equiteasy starts with a simple observation :raising funds or business transfer is a complex process for an entrepreneur and his or her board. It requires validating several crucial steps, from structuring an investment memorandum, to researching and making contact with the right investors. Then come the negotiation and due diligence phases.
After validation of these stages, the parties finalize their agreement through the closing of the operation. In addition to being complex, finding financing is relatively lengthy, 9 to 12 months for mature business financing operations or business transfers/takeovers.
There was no solution to facilitate the steps upstream of the process (automatic structuring of the memorandum, identification of relevant counterparts and real-time monitoring of the status of the file).
This observation naturally led us to create Equiteasy, the only platform for fundraising that allows:
